Originally three founders from the library sector
Trinera was founded in 2021 by Jan Rychtář, Pavla Rychtářová, and Martin Řehánek, who brought their experience from the library sector directly into software development.
Since then, our team has grown to include experts in technology, AI, data, and design, all with an in-depth understanding of the library environment and its specific needs.

Jan Rychtář
CEOI focus on strategic development and the overall concept of our solutions. My goal is to ensure they are as aligned as possible with our clients’ needs. In addition to leading the team and shaping the company’s direction, I’m actively involved in partner communication and make sure all parts of development come together into a functional whole.
Pavla Rychtářová
Frontend DeveloperI’m a frontend developer with a background in librarianship. I transitioned from the world of digitization and metadata formats into software development, where I now use my knowledge of library-specific needs to analyze data and build web applications that streamline processes and simplify data work.
Martin Řehánek
CTO & Backend DeveloperAs a backend developer, I focus on server operations, data infrastructure, and the stability of our solutions. I handle everything from server setup to backend service development and also serve as a technical lead to maintain the high quality of our products.
Martina Bogár Smetánková
Digital & Analytics SpecialistI have been working in digitization for many years. My experience from libraries and museums helps me understand the needs of memory institutions and their users. I focus on analytics, working with data, usability testing, accessibility and research for the further development of our products. My work also includes PR and presenting our solutions so that clients know how to use them effectively.
Helena Kočnar Fadrná
Lead Designer & Brand SpecialistI’m responsible for the Trinera brand and the design of our digital products, making sure they’re functional and user-friendly. I also help colleagues with a UX/UI focus continue to grow. I see my professional skills holistically, which is why I’m not just a design machine — I’m here for the product and for the people.
Huy Le
Full Stack DeveloperI studied mathematics and have worked in various roles — from tester to project manager to UX designer. Today, I’m a fullstack developer. I love diving into complex problems and thinking about the best ways to solve them from a development, design, and usability perspective — as one cohesive whole.
Aleš Chudárek
AI/ML EngineerAs a machine learning and AI engineer, I love turning ideas into experiments. I enjoy logical challenges the most – whether it’s debugging algorithms or playing board games with friends. I like starting things from scratch and looking for new approaches that push the boundaries of what’s possible. I’m fascinated by how artificial intelligence is already helping solve so many things today and will open up even more possibilities in the future to make people’s lives easier.
Lucie Novotná
AI/ML EngineerMy focus at the company is on the development and application of machine learning models. I am interested in the entire cycle from research, through architecture design, to deployment. I enjoy solving non-trivial problems that require a combination of creativity and technical know-how. I see artificial intelligence as a tool that can change the way we work with information and products, and I try to find ways to make the most of these opportunities.

Now I focus on building applications in Angular and enjoy working on projects that have a real-world impact. I love finding solutions that connect technical possibilities with human needs.
